Dutch Ministry of Transport’s web application EasyRules
The EasyRules web application is offered as a service within the portal of the Ministry of Transport.
EasyRules is targeted at ship owners and provides easy access to a database with (inter) national legislation and regulations for merchant and inland shipping.
The goal of EasyRules is to support ship owners when applying for shipping certificates.
My role
Using an iterative prototype-driven design approach, my team and I delivered UI guidelines, a UI prototype and UI specs as input for the developer.
Our main focus for the design was on a clear presentation of the information architecture and on ease-of-use of the search functionality.
